Ourpre-production process allows you to verify the accuracy of engineeringdrawings and to conduct invaluable user evaluation. Pre-productionmodels are also a valuable asset to secure additional in-house or outsidefunding.
SLA/CNC
Wecan use your 3-D database or create one on PRO-Engineer software to generateyour part in a matter of hours. SLA parts are built with themost accurate epoxy material available, holding .005 inch tolerances. CNC parts can be fabricated from any material including all plastics andmetals.
Multiple, Functional,Precision Molded Parts
Whenyou have a need for multiple, accurate, functional parts, we can use ourproprietary RIS injection process and materials to fabricate as manyas 10-15 parts per day from a single tool. Master patterns and toolscan be fabricated within 3-5 days for simple parts and at a fraction ofthe cost of production tools. Parts can be molded in a varietyof durable materials, many similar to ABS or polycarbonate. Material specifications can be provided for your analysis.
Cast MetalParts
Usingour "Quick Cast" SLA process, we can provide multiple thin-wallcast aluminum, magnesium or stainless parts. Using a variety of castingprocesses, we can provide alternative finishes at a range of costs.
Scale Models
Ourmodel makers can build models at any scale from your database ordrawings. This will enable you to view the assembly of complex partsand products prior to expensive production tooling or fabrication.
